Manage an enterprise Agentic AI platform program by establishing Jira and Confluence governance, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, and coordinating engineering, data science, technology, and global stakeholders. Translate epics into user stories and acceptance criteria, document business and functional requirements, map workflows and integrations across Adobe platforms, and assess emerging AI and content technology solutions. Coding and machine learning model development are not required.

Supports digital experience transformation by gathering requirements, designing content-management workflows, and improving omnichannel operations. Responsibilities include Adobe Workfront implementation, process mapping, UAT leadership, Jira backlog and sprint management, content governance, DAM and campaign workflow support, documentation, training, KPI tracking, and automation opportunities. The role partners with Marketing, Medical Affairs, IT, and technology teams to streamline content creation, review, approval, and delivery.

Coordinates laboratory and warehouse logistics, including inventory management, material handling, receiving, packing, shipping, storage, documentation, and regulatory compliance. Works with laboratory, warehouse, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, safe material handling, equipment cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Supports troubleshooting, process improvements, customer inquiries, training, and reporting. Requires physical handling of materials, a clean driving record, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or shifts.
