Develops user-facing IT communications, training materials, guides, FAQs, and instructional content for technology initiatives, system updates, maintenance, and incidents. Translates complex technical information into clear messaging for employees and management. Maintains communication templates, publishes content through internal platforms, and supports basic graphic design, image editing, and HTML-related communications.

Supports laboratory instruments, software, and networked systems in R&D and clinical environments. Responsibilities include instrument installation, qualification, maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, network configuration, firewall and connectivity management, ServiceNow triage, documentation, IQ/OQ activities, and compliance with FDA/ISO requirements. Provides onsite and remote technical support, root-cause analysis, and guidance to team members.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, invoice and expense processing, communications follow-up, recordkeeping, and administrative project support in a fast-paced biotech or life sciences environment.
