Lead and manage programs that increase access to legal services and promote diversity in the legal profession. Oversee grantmaking processes, coordinate with oversight bodies and trustees, support pipeline and retention initiatives, monitor funded nonprofit partners, and advance inclusive, equitable practices across legal employers.

Lead and supervise fiscal section operations including general ledger, grants, budgeting, audits, payroll, fixed assets, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, policy development, and special projects; provide analysis, training, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Design, build, administer, and support cloud-based business solutions across Microsoft technologies (Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Purview, Power BI). Translate business needs into low/no-code solutions, create automations and scripts, ensure governance and security, monitor performance, provide user support and training, and maintain documentation.
