Responsibilities include analyzing production incidents, identifying failure modes, measuring mitigations, and partnering with security, product, infrastructure, legal, and customer-facing teams to deploy scalable safety practices.

Own Decagon’s global employee experience programs, including recognition, company rituals, internal events, onboarding swag, employee communications, and Notion content. Partner with Workplace, IT, Finance, executives, vendors, and company leaders to deliver consistent experiences across offices and remote locations. Manage budgets, contracts, communications, and scalable playbooks while advising leadership on culture and change communication.
