Own end-to-end growth and business operations projects, from identifying problems and prototyping solutions through production rollout and effectiveness reviews. Partner with sales, revenue operations, marketing, and engineering to improve pipeline and deal flow. Responsibilities include building internal tooling and workflows, evaluating vendors, setting roadmaps, establishing operating cadences, and creating quantitative views of pipeline movement and solution impact.

Engineering interns contribute to production-ready initiatives across agent engineering, orchestration, enterprise products, and infrastructure. Responsibilities may include building AI agent platforms, runtime and model orchestration systems, scalable customer-facing products, networking, data infrastructure, ML serving, developer platforms, and real-time voice systems. Interns collaborate with engineering teams and customers while gaining hands-on experience delivering high-impact software during a 12-week San Francisco internship.

Build data infrastructure and reliable datasets using Python and SQL across multiple databases. Partner with engineering to instrument product surfaces, improve event and usage data, and translate ambiguous business needs into measurable problems across growth, GTM, pricing, finance, deals, and product. Scale data infrastructure, parse engineering and AI logs, optimize database performance, and deliver insights for company leadership.
