Software
Owns pipeline creation, account strategy, opportunity development, and revenue across autonomous systems and federal technology markets. Builds relationships with defense, aerospace, satellite, drone, systems integrator, and commercial technology organizations. Partners with Solutions Architects to lead discovery, develop technical and commercial strategies, negotiate agreements, and close complex opportunities. The role requires navigating government stakeholders, long sales cycles, contracting processes, and early-stage market development while translating cloud-native and secure software capabilities into mission outcomes.
Software
Designs cloud-native architectures for autonomous systems, satellites, weapons platforms, edge devices, and federal defense environments. Leads technical discovery, architecture reviews, customer workshops, reference architecture development, integration planning, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Advises customers and partners on Kubernetes, containers, DevSecOps, data transport, synchronization, software deployment, and distributed systems operating in disconnected or bandwidth-limited environments. Partners with engineering, product, sales, and business development teams to translate mission requirements into technical solutions and product opportunities.
Software
Leads and scales Defense Unicorns’ Discovery & Framing function. Personally facilitates complex customer engagements, identifies root mission problems, quantifies impact, defines success criteria, maps stakeholders and acquisition paths, and delivers executive-quality outputs. Establishes methodology, standards, playbooks, and team capacity while coaching practitioners. Maintains independent judgment about customer needs, opportunity fit, and next steps, bridging mission problems with appropriate capabilities without acting as a traditional salesperson or solutions engineer.
