Translate market trends into features, own initiatives from discovery through launch, conduct research with security stakeholders, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success. The role requires understanding IAM, PAM, IGA, enterprise security, AI/ML concepts, agent-enabled systems, compliance, privacy, and scalable product delivery.

Define and execute strategy and roadmap for Delinea's non-human identity portfolio (DSV, ALM). Lead end-to-end product development, collaborate cross-functionally, engage customers, and deliver NHI discovery, control, and posture capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments. Measure adoption and success metrics and stay current on NHI and AI-agent security trends.

Lead development of AI-driven identity security features from concept to launch. Translate market trends into product specs, partner with engineering, design, sales, and CISO-level customers, conduct discovery research, and measure adoption and user success for agent-enabled systems in enterprise environments.

Manage an overseas Agile sprint team, bridge business and engineering with clear technical requirements, contribute as a senior engineer (architecture, code, reviews), develop cloud-hosted and on‑prem and front-end applications, and perform people, project, and software development management.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Delineas cross-platform Desktop Client (and SDK/CLI). Define roadmap, prioritize delivery, partner with engineering/design/security/GTM, measure adoption and reliability, engage customers, and ensure compliance and secure integrations across protocols and cloud platforms.

Develop and amplify content for StrongDM, Fastpath, and Delinea across campaigns, web, and customer marketing. Write and repurpose assets, partner with SEO/GEO and product marketing, manage distribution and customer advocacy, audit content, and support reviews and sales enablement to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for identity security products.

Leads Delinea’s global Professional Services PMO, managing and mentoring 10–20 PMO professionals while overseeing project planning, delivery, budgeting, risk, quality, and portfolio health. Establishes PMI-aligned processes, tools, and best practices; supports strategic presales and client engagements; handles escalations and troubled-project remediation; and improves resource assignment and execution. The role is US-based, requires proximity to a major regional airport, and involves approximately 20% travel.

Lead three Agile engineering teams (Inventory, Discovery, Identity Graph) owning technical roadmap, architecture, and delivery of cloud-native microservices. Mentor engineers, drive scalable distributed system design on Azure/AWS, promote AI-assisted development tools, and collaborate with Product and Architecture to launch new features and teams.

Build AI agent discovery across Azure, endpoints, and future AWS and Google Cloud environments. Assess agent configurations, access, and security risks, then integrate findings with Delinea’s identity and attribution platform for governance. Extend existing discovery services, collaborate with platform teams, and solve complex backend engineering problems using cloud APIs and modern backend languages.

Responsible for net-new enterprise sales into $1B+ accounts within an assigned territory. Build territory plans, prospect and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with technical experts and channel partners, maintain pipeline and forecast, meet quotas, and travel ~30-40% for customer meetings and events.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Fastpath Assure governance and compliance features (SoD, access reviews, provisioning, audit). Own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize capabilities, partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, engage customers for validation, analyze adoption and competitive positioning, enable go-to-market, and inform platform integration and roadmap through GRC, identity governance, and AI-driven trends.

Build integrations that discover, identify, and govern AI agents across third-party platforms such as Salesforce Agentforce, Microsoft, AWS, and Google Cloud. Retrieve native identity signals, integrate them with Delinea’s identity layer, and govern agents through provider APIs and attestation. Improve shared discovery capabilities while using connector patterns, OAuth, token exchange, and event-based ingestion. The role requires substantial backend engineering experience, strong integration skills, and familiarity with cloud, AI agent, security, or identity ecosystems.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available platform services (App Registration and related capabilities) using C#/.NET, Kubernetes, and Azure/AWS. Deliver end-to-end solutions including infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and incident response. Enable other teams via self-service tools, design asynchronous event-driven microservices, integrate AI/ML frameworks, and mentor engineers while collaborating with product and UX.

Serve as CMOs strategic partner and marketing COO, owning systems, data, processes, lead-to-opportunity workflows, pipeline inspection, executive/board reporting, and a near-shore data governance team to ensure data quality, forecasting, and scalable pipeline generation.

Lead solutions marketing to translate Delinea's platform into buyer-focused messaging, use cases, and sales assets. Manage a small team to build messaging frameworks (Visibility, Posture, Control, ZSP, Compliance), produce campaign and sales enablement content, partner with Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Content, and Sales Enablement, and ensure consistent, field-ready messaging across buyer and seller touchpoints.

Owner of Delinea's global quoting and deal approval process: define roadmap, reduce AE friction, lead Salesforce ARM implementation, support Steelbrick coexistence, manage approval governance, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and AI-enhanced automation.

Owns end-to-end partner transactional processes and partner portal configuration, driving automation and AI roadmap, KPIs/SLAs, vendor and IT requirements, and cross-functional alignment to remove friction and improve partner deal flow.

Design, build, and own the Fastpath Assure connector for NetSuite (primary) and Oracle EBS/Cloud. Develop SuiteScript, saved searches, data extraction logic, and PL/SQL integration components. Drive roadmap, troubleshoot customer environments, collaborate with product and engineering, mentor engineers, and contribute customer-facing content and webinars.
