The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal support across various matters like corporate governance, compliance, commercial transactions, and employment law while collaborating with the legal team and other departments.

As Product Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on cybersecurity and SaaS products, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Lead internal AI infrastructure and external AI product initiatives for identity security. Own architecture and roadmap for model routing, fine-tuning, compliance automation, monitoring, and open-source platforms. Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure AI features, align stakeholders, and drive adoption in enterprise environments.

Own vision and roadmap for shared platform services (policy, workflow/approval, inbox, notifications). Collaborate with customers and internal product teams to define requirements, drive API-first self-service design, deliver multi-tenant, auditable policy and orchestration capabilities, and measure adoption across a microservices, event-driven SaaS platform.

Lead a small cloud engineering team to design, maintain, and secure hosting platforms for two global SaaS products. Combine people management (hiring, coaching, performance) with hands-on technical work in Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Azure, IaC, and Linux; troubleshoot stack-wide issues, manage backlog execution, coordinate cross-functionally, produce leadership reports, and serve as escalation point for infrastructure requests and incidents.

Own and administer the Gainsight platform end-to-end: build customer health scoring, configure C360, design playbooks/CTAs, manage account assignments, integrate with Salesforce, create reporting/dashboards, support platform operations, and train CX teams to drive proactive customer engagement.

Lead vision, strategy, and execution for Delineas cross-platform Desktop Client (and SDK/CLI). Define roadmap, prioritize delivery, partner with engineering/design/security/GTM, measure adoption and reliability, engage customers, and ensure compliance and secure integrations across protocols and cloud platforms.

Design, build, and maintain secure microservices and data pipelines for analytics and alerting across a cloud-native identity platform. Implement IaC (Terraform) on Azure, develop CI/CD pipelines, optimize data flows and storage, ensure observability and security, conduct reviews, and mentor engineers.

Build integrations to discover, identify, and govern AI agents on third-party platforms (starting with Salesforce Agentforce). Retrieve native identity signals, enforce governance via provider APIs and attestation, extend shared discovery platform to AWS/Google, and reuse shared identity and policy building blocks across integrations.

Design and implement discovery and posture capabilities to find AI agents across cloud platforms and endpoints, assess their security posture, feed findings into identity/attribution systems for governance, and collaborate with platform teams to extend coverage (Azure today, then AWS/GCP).

Build AI security features into Delinea's access proxy and platform: enforce just-in-time access, control agent-to-agent communication (MCP), connect and migrate capabilities into the platform while maintaining customer continuity.

Own strategy and performance of the B2B SaaS website: define persona-driven journeys, set standards and roadmaps, direct dev and design execution, run A/B and multivariate testing, optimize SEO/AEO/GEO and structured data, measure and report KPIs, and align web experience with product, marketing, demand gen and sales to drive pipeline and revenue.

Manage a team of cloud engineers to govern and optimize a multi-cloud environment while implementing security frameworks and managing vendor relationships.

Serve as the technical SME and trusted advisor for the Fastpath access governance product family, driving customer onboarding, configuration, training, and remediation. Monitor customer health, resolve high-priority access/compliance issues, run certifications and SoD analyses, document environments and controls, support audits, influence product roadmap, run executive reviews, and occasionally visit customer sites for deep-dive workshops and compliance assessments.

Partner with sales to present Delinea PAM/IAM solutions, deliver PoV/PoC engagements, build gold-standard demos, drive pipeline via events and content, advise customers on identity strategy, remove technical blockers, and relay market feedback to Product Management.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Fastpath Assure governance and compliance features (SoD, access reviews, provisioning, audit). Own end-to-end product lifecycle, prioritize capabilities, partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer teams, engage customers for validation, analyze adoption and competitive positioning, enable go-to-market, and inform platform integration and roadmap through GRC, identity governance, and AI-driven trends.

Responsible for net-new enterprise sales into $1B+ accounts within an assigned territory. Build territory plans, prospect and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, collaborate with technical experts and channel partners, maintain pipeline and forecast, meet quotas, and travel ~30-40% for customer meetings and events.

The Senior Cloud Engineer will manage complex app infrastructure across AWS and Azure, utilizing Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability of application components, while supporting development teams with infrastructure needs and operational documentation.
