Leads and scales the corporate legal and compliance function for a global SaaS company. Responsibilities include corporate governance, compliance programs, labor and employment, intellectual property, regulatory risk, litigation support, legal technology and AI automation, team leadership, and business partnership. The role builds scalable legal processes, establishes performance metrics, supports M&A and board governance, manages outside counsel, and advises stakeholders on privacy, cybersecurity, export compliance, and anti-corruption requirements.

Partners with Finance and Legal leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent and succession, manager coaching, change management, employee relations, compensation, performance, engagement, and people analytics. Advises senior leaders, handles sensitive matters, and supports global teams across multiple regions.

Strategic HR leader partnering with Product, Technology, and AI executives on organizational design, workforce planning, talent and succession, leadership coaching, employee relations, change management, performance, rewards, and culture. The role will help implement a General Manager operating model, establish decision rights, scale enterprise people practices, and use workforce data to improve organizational effectiveness across a global technology company.
