As Product Counsel, you will provide legal guidance on cybersecurity and SaaS products, draft and negotiate agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Owns net-new enterprise sales to Intelligence Community federal agencies. Responsibilities include territory planning, agency prospecting, lead development, technical collaboration, quota attainment, pipeline forecasting, partner management, and transactions through federal contract vehicles. The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, presenting to executive and technical audiences, and closing six-figure cybersecurity transactions. It is remote but requires 30–40% travel and an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI or full-scope polygraph.

Drive zero-to-one AI product development focused on identity security, authorization, and privileged access. Translate market trends into features, own initiatives from discovery through launch, conduct research with security stakeholders, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success. The role requires understanding IAM, PAM, IGA, enterprise security, AI/ML concepts, agent-enabled systems, compliance, privacy, and scalable product delivery.
