The Producer Compensation Analyst manages producer records, updates information, facilitates commission calculations, and resolves compensation inquiries. They collaborate with various teams, analyze data for discrepancies, and prepare reports, ensuring accuracy in all compensation processes.

Serve as payroll subject matter expert for multi-state payroll operations, system implementations/upgrades, tax compliance, reconciliations, audits, and year-end processing. Partner with Accounting, HR, IT, and vendors to maintain payroll systems, ensure regulatory compliance, produce reporting, and drive process improvements while providing backup support to the Payroll Manager.
