The Manager Accounting oversees the direct operations of the Accounting Department, ensuring policies are maintained, overseeing financial reporting, managing staff, and coordinating projects while adhering to department budgets.

Lead FP&A activities including driver-based models, forecasting, budgeting, variance and scenario analysis, monthly reporting, executive dashboards, and BI-driven insights. Partner with stakeholders, mentor 1–3 team members, drive automation and process improvement using ERP/EPM and data visualization tools, and support disciplined financial decision-making.

Lead division-level budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting. Build and maintain complex financial models, perform variance, profitability, scenario and cost-benefit analyses, drive process improvements, mentor junior analysts, and communicate insights to support strategic business decisions.
