Teams at Delve Underground

Prepare CAD/BIM documentation and coordinate interdisciplinary underground infrastructure projects. Produce plans, profiles, elevations, cross-sections, and details from sketches and markups. Ensure CAD/BIM standards and QA/QC, communicate with regional teams, and participate in design technology initiatives.

Lead and build Delve Underground's growth model by managing four teams (Seller-Doer Support, Publishing, Client Experience, Digital Experience), setting strategy and KPIs, coaching BD professionals, driving AI and data adoption, supporting key pursuits and client relationships, and building scalable processes, playbooks, and training to win long-term AEC work.

Prepare plans, profiles, elevations, cross-sections, and detail drawings from sketches and markups; coordinate interdisciplinary CAD/BIM documentation; follow client CAD/BIM standards and QA/QC; communicate with regional offices and participate in design technology initiatives.
