Lead development of 360i's growth architecture: build repeatable pipeline, craft and manage pitch system, productize AI-native social offerings, coordinate Creative and Media teams, and use market insights to evolve services and open new client relationships.

Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative UX research (IDIs, diary studies, surveys), manage client relationships as the onshore research lead, synthesize findings into actionable insights, oversee fieldwork and data quality, collaborate with offshore teams, and present rigorous, client-ready deliverables under fast timelines.

Dentsu Creative is building a freelance roster for a tech client seeking creatives (Art Directors, ACDs, Brand Art Directors, Senior/Brand Senior Designers, Copywriters, Motion & Video Designers). Remote (USA) with West Coast hours; initial ~3-month contract starting August 18 (or sooner) with possible extension.
