Performs geospatial data management, analysis, visualization, and analytical modeling for government and commercial clients. Supports hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk reduction efforts using ArcGIS and Microsoft tools. Develops web, mobile, and desktop applications; tests, deploys, documents, and maintains solutions. This non-full-time, on-call role requires frequent travel and deployment to disaster recovery sites nationwide.

Deploys to disaster-impacted sites nationwide to support FEMA and government disaster recovery programs. Conducts facility inspections, assesses infrastructure damage, documents findings, develops restoration scopes of work, prepares cost estimates, supports hazard mitigation planning, and advises agencies on mechanical engineering and construction requirements. The role is non-full-time, on-call, deployment-based, and may require extended deployments with long workdays in stressful conditions.

Supports FEMA hazard mitigation and disaster recovery programs by helping government agencies prepare grant applications, document infrastructure damage, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain records in FEMA systems. The role involves benefit-cost analysis, construction and facility assessments, scope development, cost estimating, and frequent deployment to disaster sites. Specialists may work up to 12 hours daily, seven days weekly, for deployments lasting up to 12 months.
