Teams at Dialpad

Lead the vision, architecture, and delivery of Dialpad's agentic AI platform. Manage ~130 engineers across multiple teams, set roadmap and KPIs, ensure reliability, safety, and observability, partner with Product/Research/Design, hire and grow managers and architects, and optimize budgets and cross-division strategy to ship production-grade multi-agent systems.

Manage full sales cycle and upsell existing enterprise clients: receive leads, create quotes, expand account licenses, develop account plans, build stakeholder relationships, maintain pipeline, and meet quarterly revenue quotas.

As an Account Executive, you will manage the complete sales process, convert leads, conduct product demos, and maintain relationships to achieve sales quotas. You’ll also build strategic campaigns and collaborate with internal teams.
