Lead night-shift manufacturing operations, direct cross-functional teams, enforce safety and quality (ISO/5S/Lean), perform advanced equipment troubleshooting, oversee training/qualification, audit production data, and coordinate escalations with Maintenance and Engineering to meet throughput and yield targets.

Design and develop Plasma-Enhanced CVD reactor systems and components, lead prototyping and manufacturing, produce drawings, collaborate with vendors and teams, troubleshoot and improve reactor performance and yield.

Take technical ownership of back-end production equipment lifecycle: specify, qualify, sustain, and improve tool availability. Lead advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, vendor evaluation and FAT/SAT, enforce safety and quality standards, mentor technicians, and drive reliability and cost-of-ownership improvements.
