Leads application engineering for integrating single-crystal diamond into semiconductor devices through advanced bonding and packaging. Owns bonding strategy, process development, validation, characterization, reliability, customer programs, technology transfer, qualification, and scale-up to high-volume manufacturing. Builds and leads an engineering team while partnering with executives, R&D, product, business development, customers, and industry partners on roadmaps, risks, resourcing, and technical decisions.

Develop and troubleshoot production-line control software and systems using Python. Automate and optimize inspection tools, CNC lasers, parts handlers, and CVD reactors; integrate devices through industrial communication protocols; improve data collection and operator workflows; collaborate with engineers and technicians; document systems, train users, and troubleshoot hardware on the manufacturing floor.

Design, develop, optimize, and integrate semiconductor-grade equipment and automation systems for diamond wafer production. Collaborate with vendors, manufacturing teams, and process engineers to improve throughput, efficiency, and reliability. Create equipment documentation and troubleshooting procedures while performing hands-on fabrication, assembly, tolerance analysis, and equipment development.
