Manage the full sales cycle, qualify leads, close deals, support quotes and distributor coordination, expand existing accounts, assist with renewals, maintain NetSuite opportunity data, and partner with regional sales, customer success, marketing, operations, and support teams.

Owns S&OP, demand and supply planning, inventory targets, contract manufacturer ordering, finished-goods liability, supplier performance, and new product introduction planning. Partners with Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and suppliers to improve forecast accuracy, availability, inventory turns, cash flow, and purchase price variance. Leads executive reporting and supports export-control and conflict-minerals requirements.
