Partners with operations, construction, and deployment teams to ensure scalable, reliable data center expansion while developing technical talent and succession plans.

Partner with strategic customers to optimize their cloud infrastructure, drive retention and expansion, and resolve complex technical challenges. Responsibilities include architecture consultation, cloud optimization, QBRs, customer advocacy, escalation management, technical presentations, documentation, training, and developing tools to improve account management efficiency. The role requires strong cloud, Linux, automation, programming, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
