Book domestic and international travel (air, hotel, ground, rail, limos) for corporate clients using Apollo and Amadeus. Support multiple accounts, ensure client travel policy compliance, provide first-level customer and technical support, follow company procedures and productivity standards, attend trainings/meetings, and maintain cooperative relationships with colleagues.

Provide high-touch concierge travel services for VIP corporate clients: book domestic and international air, hotel, ground and rail; ensure policy compliance; advise on visas/passports/immunizations; monitor international events; use IRD/DSD and preferred suppliers; support accounts and deliver excellent phone and email customer service.

Coordinate and manage group air travel for large incentive programs, ensuring compliant ticketing, best fares, and attendee communication. Monitor flights, support on-call during travel dates, manage air budgets, mentor teammates, and follow company SOPs and client requirements.
