The Staff Fullstack Engineer will set the technical direction for Dispatch's platform, ship complex systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally. They should have deep fullstack expertise and extensive experience in high-scale production systems.

Lead a product engineering team responsible for core user workflows and data orchestration. Own end-to-end engineering execution, hiring, roadmap sequencing with Product, incident response, and cross-functional coordination. Hire and develop engineers, remove execution friction, improve reliability, and drive tooling and automation to accelerate delivery.

Lead Solutions Engineering for pre-sales solutioning and technical implementation, personally own the most complex enterprise deals, build and scale a Solutions team and operating system, define cross-functional handoffs with Sales/CS/Engineering, create playbooks and enablement artifacts, and translate customer insights into product direction to accelerate discovery and ensure on-time, in-scope implementations.
