The Staff Fullstack Engineer will set the technical direction for Dispatch's platform, ship complex systems, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally. They should have deep fullstack expertise and extensive experience in high-scale production systems.

Lead development of early product, build features for onboarding and account opening, influence technical vision, mentor engineers, and ensure smooth production operations.

Lead end-to-end design for core data and custodian workflows, crafting complex, data-dense UX for financial advisors. Drive discovery, define requirements, produce high-fidelity designs, build and maintain design system components, run research and usability testing, and collaborate closely with product and engineering through implementation.
