Own the full sales lifecycle to grow territory via cold outreach and channel partners. Manage discovery, executive presentations, negotiations, and post-sale handoffs. Maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, meet quotas, and travel domestically for client meetings and events.

Leads entertainment-focused system operations within a PEO environment, overseeing payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, workforce management support, incident resolution, testing, documentation, training, and operational readiness. Manages support specialists and system experts while partnering with Technology, Product, Compliance, Legal, Client Services, and vendors. Ensures reliable, compliant operations aligned with entertainment production schedules, union and guild requirements, labor regulations, and client needs.

Leads regional sales and distribution, grows the customer base, manages client and vendor relationships, and recruits, trains, and coaches sales staff. Oversees prospecting, pricing, negotiations, implementations, pipeline forecasting, deal reviews, QBRs, performance plans, and monthly sales targets.
