Oversee workplace and office design projects from planning through completion. Manage project teams, consultants, vendors, schedules, budgets, fees, quality standards, client communications, and project deliverables. Support business development, contract and scope negotiations, staffing, recruitment, performance feedback, and project reporting. Ensure design excellence, code compliance, financial performance, and timely resolution of client-directed changes while collaborating with design leaders.

Leads mechanical engineering design for building projects across multiple sectors. Designs HVAC, central utility, plumbing, and fire suppression systems; performs calculations and code research; prepares construction documents in Revit; writes specifications; reviews shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals; conducts site visits; and manages mechanical or interdisciplinary project teams.

Lead laboratory planning and design for R&D, teaching, and analytical facilities. Provide technical leadership, develop space programs and documentation, manage client relationships, mentor staff, support business development, and oversee multiple projects through design and construction administration.
