Set technical direction, guide architecture, contribute to production code and automation, improve CI/CD and engineering workflows, build AI-native development tooling, lead incident response, and hire and coach engineers.

Build and launch full-stack patient, clinician, and healthcare partner features across web, mobile, backend, AI, and clinical integrations. Responsibilities include developing workflows, connecting AI consultations to treatment, improving performance, privacy, accessibility, and reliability, using coding agents, automating engineering tasks, and supporting products in production. The role requires strong product judgment, autonomy, cross-functional communication, and the ability to ship across unfamiliar systems.
