Assist research staff in planning, executing, and analyzing experiments. Collect and interpret data, maintain lab equipment, participate in sample procurement, present findings, and learn tissue preservation and processing techniques through hands-on laboratory work and partner lab visits.

Manages organ allocation processes, communicates donor clinical information to transplant teams and external OPOs, oversees chain of custody, documents QA, identifies process improvements, provides education and training, and supports on-call operational coverage to maximize organ utilization and patient safety.

The Clinical Skills Program Lead designs, oversees, and evaluates clinical training programs while fostering team growth and compliance with quality standards in organ procurement.
