Leads the Forward Deployed Services team and manages complex enterprise customer portfolios through discovery, process design, platform configuration, integrations, data migration, UAT, training, and go-live. This player-coach role owns customer outcomes, develops team members, improves delivery practices, contributes to product capabilities, and drives AI-enabled process improvements. The role requires systems thinking, technical problem-solving, analytical judgment, and experience leading or mentoring teams in engineering, consulting, finance, operations, product operations, or technical program management.

Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, email, social media, and networking; qualify leads, book demos, manage pipelines, reach decision-makers, and meet sales quotas. Collaborate with growth and sales leadership to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach processes. This full-time, in-person role offers a performance-based path to Account Executive within 12–18 months.

Generate and qualify leads, book demos, prospect mid-market accounts through phone, email, social media, websites, and networking events, and engage decision-makers. The SDR will support growth marketing leads, refine targeting and messaging with sales and growth teams, manage multiple outreach plays, and achieve quota. This early sales hire will work closely with founders and growth leaders with potential progression into an AE or SDR Manager role.
