Leads plant operations for approximately 25 production, logistics, and warehouse employees. Oversees safe and reliable facility performance, staffing, operator development, labor relations, root cause investigations, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Serves as backup to the Production Leader and may act as interim Production Leader and Site Emergency Manager. Partners with HR, labor relations, union leadership, and site leadership to achieve operational and strategic goals.

Leads Dow’s global mega-turnaround execution and best-practice implementation. The role integrates OTEC, sites, operations, maintenance, projects, EHS, procurement, and contractors to deliver safe, timely, cost-effective turnarounds. Responsibilities include governance, scheduling, budgeting, resource planning, risk management, funding decisions, reliability improvement, technology deployment, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. The director also leads globally distributed teams, communicates with senior leadership, and drives consistent turnaround methodologies across businesses and geographies.

Identifies, qualifies, and converts new business opportunities across Dow’s infrastructure, consumer, transportation, and wire and cable markets. Builds prospect pipelines, develops market penetration strategies, engages customer decision-makers, and partners with marketing, technical, product, and commercial teams. Leads opportunities from prospecting through commercialization while providing market intelligence, supporting forecasting, and delivering growth through new customer acquisition and application development.
