Leads procurement execution across multiple projects and large-scale programs. Manages sourcing, solicitations, bid evaluations, supplier performance, purchasing coordination, and commercial issue resolution. Aligns procurement activities with project schedules, costs, delivery requirements, and stakeholder expectations. Applies procurement strategies, improves workflows, advises stakeholders, and guides others. Requires experience with complex procurement environments, contracting, supplier management, procurement platforms, and ERP tools.

Provides administrative and operational support for construction project teams. Coordinates project setup, jobsite logistics, document control, subcontract administration, compliance tracking, communication, and project closeout activities. Maintains accurate project records and supports project engineers, managers, and superintendents throughout the project lifecycle.

Supports employee and candidate lifecycle services for an on-site mega/mobility project. Responsibilities include onboarding, employee engagement, policy guidance, training logistics, events, interview coordination, offboarding, and connecting employees with People Practices resources. Partners with business leaders, People Operations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent employee experiences and support an inclusive project culture.

Partners with business and project leaders to execute people strategies, including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, career development, engagement, inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Coaches People Practices Advisors, collaborates with HR centers of excellence and People Operations, and uses workforce metrics to guide decisions. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role supporting a large-scale U.S. project, requiring relocation or travel to the assigned project location.

Provides remote inquiry and transactional support to employees through case management, telephony, chat, and email. Processes basic employee data transactions, documents activity according to privacy and audit standards, resolves routine issues, triages complex inquiries, and follows cases through resolution. Uses Workday and ServiceNow to support People Practices operations and maintains knowledge of relevant policies and programs. Spanish and English fluency is required, with late-shift coverage through 7:00 PM PST.

Leads legal risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and communication while advising leadership on insurance, surety, contractual risk transfer, and construction agreements. Reviews and negotiates contracts, develops risk policies and training, resolves complex issues, collaborates with stakeholders, and manages Risk Counsel or Subcontract Managers. Provides backup support to the contracting counsel team across owner contracts, subcontracts, supply agreements, and professional services contracts.

Supports marketing content systems, digital asset libraries, repositories, governance processes, and content lifecycle workflows. Maintains organized and accessible marketing resources, coordinates intake through publication and archiving, prepares reports and dashboards, assists stakeholders with publishing and system adoption, and supports training, documentation, and continuous process improvement.

Creates electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, layouts, and system documentation under supervision. Uses CAD tools for 2D drafting and 3D electrical modeling, supports construction administration through shop drawing reviews and RFI responses, and collaborates with engineers and project teams to deliver coordinated designs while developing technical skills.

Leads strategic category management and sourcing initiatives across complex spend areas. Develops multi-year category strategies, analyzes markets and suppliers, negotiates commercial agreements, manages preferred supplier programs, establishes governance and performance routines, mitigates supply risk, and reports financial, service, and compliance outcomes. Partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Risk stakeholders to drive adoption and resolve supplier issues.

Assists with mechanical drawings, specifications, calculations, and basic layouts for HVAC, piping, and equipment systems. Uses CAD software for 2D drawings and 3D mechanical models, incorporates engineering feedback, and supports coordinated project delivery. Performs shop drawing reviews and responds to RFIs under supervision. Requires foundational knowledge of mechanical principles, codes, and standards, with no prior experience required.

Leads enterprise-wide insurance finance and accounting, including captive insurance programs, claims accounting, loss reserving, collateral management, financial reporting, risk financing models, renewals, and total cost of risk analysis. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, brokers, carriers, auditors, and external stakeholders while overseeing financial controls, reporting frameworks, team operations, and strategic initiatives.

Conducts independent audits of internal operations, processes, and controls; designs audit plans, identifies risks and control gaps, analyzes findings, reports results, recommends corrective actions, and monitors resolution. Collaborates with process owners and guides less experienced team members to improve operational effectiveness and internal controls.

Coordinates talent acquisition activities for skilled trades and construction craft roles, including candidate communications, interview scheduling, hiring events, onboarding, offer administration, and pre-employment screening. Maintains applicant tracking system records, requisitions, and recruiting documentation; supports sourcing through trade schools, workforce partners, referrals, and community organizations; and prepares recruiting activity reports and performance metrics.

Executes full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and craft positions across multiple locations and projects. Sources, screens, and coordinates candidates; manages requisitions, interviews, offers, and onboarding support; builds talent pipelines; partners with hiring managers, workforce organizations, schools, and industry groups; maintains applicant tracking records and compliance documentation; provides workforce planning insights; and supports recruiting events and employment branding.

Administers enterprise and business applications across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include configuration, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, patching, access management, integrations, upgrades, testing, backups, and data integrity controls. Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 incident support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution. Maintains application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials while partnering with technical and business stakeholders.

Leads an Integration Engineering team responsible for enterprise data integrations, scalable pipelines, data transformation, governance, monitoring, security, and reliability. Manages team performance, coaching, planning, delivery risks, and resource capacity. Aligns integration initiatives with analytics and data platform priorities while advancing integration frameworks, DevOps practices, observability, performance optimization, and cloud deployment standards.

Manages VDC professionals and project-based implementation of VDC and BIM processes across multiple construction projects. Leads model-based coordination, quantification, planning, and construction integration while ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with project goals. Partners with project managers, design teams, and field operations to improve constructability, safety, and efficiency. Oversees resource planning, metrics, deliverables, risk mitigation, standardization, and process improvement. Coaches VDC engineers and supports team development.
