Dragonfly is seeking Software Engineers for various portfolio companies, focusing on crypto technologies. Engineers of all experience levels are needed across multiple stacks.

AI/ML Engineers will build and deploy AI-native products, autonomous agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, and production ML pipelines. Responsibilities may include integrating AI into crypto infrastructure and consumer products, fine-tuning and evaluating models, optimizing inference, and developing agentic workflows and machine-to-machine payment systems. Engineers will work end-to-end with high-ownership teams in fast-moving environments.

Software Engineers are matched confidentially with Dragonfly portfolio companies hiring across crypto and blockchain. Roles may span backend, frontend, full-stack, mobile, infrastructure, data, security, machine learning, and DevOps. Candidates should have software engineering experience and an interest in crypto, blockchain, or open-source technologies. Startup or crypto-native project experience is preferred. Opportunities may be remote, hybrid, or in-person worldwide.
