Lead and manage an adversary hunting team focused on OT threat groups. Perform hands-on hunting using Synapse and Storm Query Language, produce WorldView reports and detection artifacts, collaborate with intelligence and malware analysis, refine KPIs, support incident response surges, recruit and develop staff, and represent the team externally.

Hunt, identify, and analyze adversary tools, malware, and tradecraft targeting ICS/OT. Develop and maintain analysis tools and scripts, contribute to threat assessments and customer advisories, leverage intel and network analysis tools, recommend automation and telemetry improvements, and support incident response and external communications.

Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems for ICS/xOT cybersecurity, including threat detection, anomaly detection, NLP/LLM applications, and scalable data pipelines with observability and MLOps practices for cloud and on-prem environments.

Lead design and modernization of scalable, secure data systems and real-time pipelines for xOT cybersecurity. Create data contracts, observability, lineage, and cross-functional solutions supporting cloud and on-prem deployments, Kubernetes, and stream processing to enable threat detection and intelligence.

Hire, develop, and report on team performance and risk to engineering leadership.

Build and own front-end features from concept through delivery for cybersecurity products. Collaborate with Product and Design to create intuitive UIs, improve engineering practices and tooling, simplify complex systems, and contribute to architecture and design systems. Use modern front-end tech (React, TypeScript) and AI-assisted tools to increase quality and delivery.

Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS and Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code. Develop automation, deployment pipelines, and production release processes. Contribute code to cloud services, manage networking and IAM, ensure availability and security, and respond to incidents while collaborating on observability and security practices.

Own and operate Dragoscloud fleet across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Build Terraform IaC, manage fleet health, networking, IAM, secrets, observability (Datadog), on-call incident response, SRE practices, compliance (FedRAMP/SOC2), and automation for customer environments.

Design, implement, and optimize high-performance backend systems in Rust for an xOT security platform. Participate across the development lifecycle—debugging, testing, and performance tuning—while integrating relational and NoSQL data stores, microservices, third-party devices, and AI tools. Provide technical leadership, code review feedback, and promote secure, reliable, observable distributed systems.

Lead and mentor a team of UI engineers to define and execute the Dragos Platform UI vision. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Product Managers to deliver consistent user experiences, establish front-end best practices and performance optimizations, support production deployments, and balance delivery, quality, technical debt, and team career development across product teams.
