The Quote-to-Order Systems Manager will manage Salesforce CPQ, enhancing automation and processes, and supporting stakeholders in Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Manage project tracking, milestone management, and intake for the Office of the CEO. Drive M&A integrations, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain action logs, produce executive-grade reports and dashboards, and ensure timely resolution of risks and blockers.

Serve as the primary post-sales trusted advisor for federal customers to drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization of Dragos solutions. Manage customer success plans and health metrics, conduct business reviews, mitigate technical/commercial risks to reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with sales, TAMs, professional services, intelligence, and support.
