Own a compliance product area end to end, from customer discovery and outcome definition through prioritization, AI-powered product decisions, launches, and post-release measurement. Build business cases, manage customer and business risks, collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, and executives, and communicate progress through data-driven reporting. The role focuses on compliance, GRC, security, audit workflows, and continuous trust verification for B2B SaaS customers.

Own and optimize revenue operations systems, workflows, lead routing, forecasting, territories, segmentation, and GTM data governance. Build dashboards and analytics for pipeline, conversion, productivity, bookings, and forecast accuracy. Partner with Sales and other GTM teams on planning, deal support, pricing workflows, and strategic programs. Evaluate tools, improve system health, and collaborate with Data and Analytics on AI-enabled efficiency solutions.

Build and scale data products supporting analytics, engineering services, and AI/ML models. Responsibilities include optimizing queries and data pipelines, developing data models and governance processes, administering ETL/ELT and reverse ETL orchestration, and creating documentation and training. The role also involves mentoring, interviewing, and hiring data engineers while helping define the organization’s data engineering strategy.
