Manages product operations for connected vehicle products, including L2/L3 support triage, incident escalations, queue health, SLO tracking, stakeholder alignment, product documentation, localization, vendor coordination, product launches, process improvements, and Voice of Customer insights.

Lead a six-month transformation initiative establishing requirements governance, change-request management, end-to-end traceability, program intelligence, and decision-support systems. Build and maintain full-stack internal tools, web applications, backend services, APIs, automation, and cloud infrastructure supporting Honda engineering and QA teams. Work across AWS and Google Cloud Platform, integrate databases and source control systems, troubleshoot issues across the technology stack, automate workflows, and evaluate technologies that improve software development and testing productivity.

Administer cloud-based IT infrastructure and core SaaS applications, including identity and access management, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and device environments. Support user onboarding, offboarding, troubleshooting, conference-room AV, security policy enforcement, documentation, automation, and vendor relationships. Help maintain a user-friendly, secure global IT environment with minimal supervision.

Partner on People Operations to design and automate HR programs, manage HR systems and onboarding/offboarding, run benefits and immigration processes, analyze people data, and support People Technology and travel policy alignment with the parent company.
