Own high-priority founder-led projects across product, sales, hiring, and operations. Responsibilities include launching new initiatives from scratch, supporting client and market activities, building prototypes, organizing events, and taking projects end-to-end with high autonomy. The role is onsite in San Francisco and may develop into a full-time position in Deployment, Growth, or Special Projects.

Lead end-to-end customer implementations across ERP integration, onboarding, training, and rollout. Split time between production engineering and customer engagement, translating operational pain points into product features, data models, and reusable playbooks. Collaborate with IT teams, engineers, operators, and executives across international locations. Diagnose customer issues, prototype and ship solutions, and manage high-pressure deployments. The role requires onsite work in Munich or San Francisco and 10–30% travel.

Leads Dryft’s marketing and creative direction, building a distinctive brand for its AI manufacturing platform. The role involves creating and distributing content across formats, including writing, design, filming, photography, and editing. This person will develop the company’s visual and verbal identity, showcase its team and customers, support launches and events, and grow awareness among customers, candidates, and partners. The position is onsite in San Francisco and requires a versatile, cinematic creator with strong storytelling and audience-growth experience.
