The Software Development Engineer In Test will develop and execute test strategies, perform automation and manual testing, design test frameworks, and apply AI techniques for quality assurance across software platforms.

Lead backend-focused full-stack development using Python/Django and Postgres/OpenSearch. Architect scalable features, containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) across cloud and on-prem, collaborate with product and frontend (React), ensure security, performance, and reliability, support deployments and operations, and adopt AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Lead design, implementation, and tuning of large-scale OpenSearch clusters for IRM/DLP products. Mentor engineers, consult with clients, contribute to open-source, migrate Elasticsearch deployments to OpenSearch, optimize ingestion and search performance, and operate cloud-hosted search environments while collaborating with global teams.
