Owns FP&A systems architecture, financial data models, forecasting, scenario analysis, cash flow, covenant monitoring, and executive reporting. The role consolidates data from NetSuite, Salesforce, and departmental sources into Abacum, maintains integrated P&L and cash flow models, accelerates close, supports board reporting, and deploys AI-augmented finance workflows. It partners with Accounting, R&D, G&A, and leadership to explain performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across LATAM through email, phone, social media, and events. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, research target accounts, tailor outreach, schedule meetings and demos, and provide sales teams with detailed prospect context. Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Marketing on territory planning and campaigns, maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records, and use AI-assisted tools to improve prospecting and pipeline reporting.

Own subscription, renewal, billing, procurement, CRM, account access, reporting, and operational KPI administration for the Market Insights business. Coordinate with Finance on receivables, validate commercial and financial data, support customer and prospect inquiries, troubleshoot account issues, and conduct business development research. The role requires strong attention to detail, financial fluency, independent judgment, and comfort using CRM, financial, productivity, and AI tools.
