Develop, integrate, and support automated laboratory and test systems for electro-optic characterization and chemistry workflows. Design hardware, electrical subsystems, mechanical fixtures, and user interfaces; integrate instruments, sensors, DAQs, relays, and APIs; and build Python/LabVIEW automation software. Troubleshoot multidisciplinary systems, improve data validation and failure detection, support visualization and database automation, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, technicians, and equipment vendors.

Leads the development of a new Copper Clad Laminate research and development program as its founding technical leader and product design architect. Owns composite architecture, polymer-physics investigations, formulations, prototypes, experiments, product requirements, technology strategy, and development roadmaps. Manages an initial team of three, builds multidisciplinary capabilities, collaborates with customers and manufacturing partners, and guides technical decisions, risk management, intellectual property, and scalable product development.

Lead development of copper-clad laminate processes, equipment, and laboratory operations. Source and commission hot presses, develop lamination workflows, optimize process parameters, establish specifications and control plans, and apply DOE to improve quality and reliability. Integrate automation, instrumentation, data collection, safety controls, and process monitoring. Troubleshoot equipment and processes, conduct root-cause analysis, document results, guide team members, and transfer processes toward larger-scale production.
