Own the architecture, implementation, integration, and testing of embedded C/C++ MAC software for 5G NR systems. Develop portable MAC-PHY interfaces, real-time communication flows, shared-memory and multicore synchronization, SystemC virtual platforms, and FPGA/ASIC integrations. Debug hardware-software interactions across simulated and physical SoCs, build automated regressions, and coordinate with PHY, firmware, hardware, verification, and systems teams. The role requires expertise in wireless modem software, 5G NR protocols, embedded Linux, RTOS environments, and real-time resource-constrained systems.

Owns the 5G subscriber data management platform, including UDM and UDR operations, provisioning workflows, roaming configurations, HTTP/2 interfaces, monitoring, incident response, security, troubleshooting, and capacity or software upgrades. The role requires deep HLR/HSS and UDR/UDM expertise, cloud-native Kubernetes deployments, telecom signaling analysis, high-availability database management, and collaboration across core network domains. It also supports subscriber onboarding, standards-based architecture, and emerging non-terrestrial network adaptations.

Designs, integrates, verifies, and qualifies flight RF front-end electronics for spacecraft phased-array antennas and satellite communications. Responsibilities include RF and mixed-signal circuit design, PCB layout, component selection, phased-array calibration, laboratory characterization, environmental qualification, simulation-to-measurement correlation, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role also mentors engineers and supports repeatable RF design and verification practices.
