The Controls Engineering Manager will lead a team to provide automation solutions and manage technical projects while collaborating with executives and clients. Responsibilities include project management, budget oversight, and technical specification of control systems and instrumentation.

The Senior Automation Engineer will design and implement hardware and software systems for process automation, troubleshoot control systems, and work with clients on various automation projects.

Lead detailed hardware and software design for process automation projects: define architecture, develop software specs, program PLC and SCADA, configure thin clients and historians, tune control loops, perform startup/commissioning, troubleshoot systems, and support qualifications from concept through commissioning while interfacing with customers.

Lead design, develop, deploy, and commission Ignition-based SCADA solutions. Serve as Ignition SME for architecture, Gateway config, Perspective, MQTT and database integration. Specify hardware/PLCs, perform on-site functional testing, mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage project schedule/budget risks.

Lead Controls Engineer for mission-critical data center automation: design, develop, deploy, install, test, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems. Perform bench testing and onsite/remote commissioning, produce design documentation and procedures, develop tools and training, support business development, and travel to project sites across the U.S.
