Provides technical leadership for process automation control system projects from concept through commissioning. Designs and programs PLC and SCADA systems, configures historians and thin-client servers, tunes control loops, troubleshoots systems, develops electrical design packages, and supports startup, commissioning, qualification, and validation. Collaborates with customers and project teams in regulated biopharmaceutical environments, applying process controls, GMP, networking, and S88 batch standards.

Design, deploy, test, commission, and maintain industrial control system projects. Develop design documentation, sequences, testing scripts, and PLC, HMI, and SCADA solutions. Perform quality checks, bench testing, onsite and remote commissioning, instrumentation calibration, and installation QA/QC. Collaborate with customers, project managers, and installation teams while providing progress updates and supporting startup activities. Travel 30–50% may be required.

Lead Controls Engineer for mission-critical data center automation: design, develop, deploy, install, test, and commission PLC/HMI/SCADA systems. Perform bench testing and onsite/remote commissioning, produce design documentation and procedures, develop tools and training, support business development, and travel to project sites across the U.S.
