EAH Housing Benefits Overview

Oversees Yardi software support, helpdesk operations, user access, system configuration, reporting, compliance monitoring, training, troubleshooting, and process improvements. Supports Accounting, Compliance, and Real Estate Management teams; assists with system implementations, testing, upgrades, requirements tracking, and rollout processes. Provides technical assistance, analyzes recurring issues, manages workflows, and may direct other support staff. Requires occasional onsite visits.

Supports affordable housing development and rehabilitation projects through site acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, financing, design, construction, and lease-up. Responsibilities include coordinating consultants and design teams, preparing funding applications and financial analyses, managing loan closing documentation and funding draws, conducting community outreach, researching funding sources, supporting public approvals, creating proposals and presentations, and maintaining project files.
