Leads complex mobile payments programs from planning through launch, coordinating product, engineering, design, QA, compliance, fraud, legal, and external partners. Manages project plans, dependencies, risks, budgets, milestones, agile ceremonies, status reporting, and go-live readiness. Oversees initiatives involving NFC payments, tokenization, mobile SDKs, authentication, payment integrations, and regulatory controls while coaching team members and communicating progress to executive stakeholders.

Provides enterprise-level technical leadership to improve the reliability, resilience, scalability, observability, and operational health of production services. The role drives automation, DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, incident response, capacity management, resilience testing, and service-health practices. Partners across engineering teams to address systemic production risks, establish technical direction, reduce operational toil, and improve sustainable on-call and recovery processes.

Leads enterprise merchant acquisition for Paze digital checkout and wallet services. Builds relationships with senior decision-makers across merchants, payment providers, and channel partners; manages prospect pipelines, negotiates agreements, executes go-to-market plans, and achieves sales quotas. Represents Paze at industry events, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and provides customer and market intelligence to product and marketing teams. Travel up to 50% is required.
