Leads fraud strategy management for payment networks by analyzing fraud risks, policies, controls, models, rules, and operational processes. Develops recommendations and business valuations to balance risk, expense, and customer experience. Partners with financial institutions, resellers, technology, and product teams to deploy fraud strategies, address threat vectors, and drive change. Requires strong fraud risk management experience, analytics skills, payments expertise, and communication abilities.

Leads large, complex strategic programs involving interrelated technical and business projects. Establishes governance, roadmaps, plans, milestones, and reporting; manages dependencies, risks, issues, budgets, schedules, quality, audits, and change. Coaches project managers and stakeholders, drives process improvements, and communicates outcomes to executive leadership. Requires program management experience in financial or regulated environments, familiarity with software development and SDLC processes, and expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Leads technology-related regulatory exams, internal and external audits, and audit-readiness activities. Coordinates documentation and evidence across technology and business teams, validates materials against regulatory requirements, tracks remediation, identifies control and documentation gaps, and reports status to leadership. Supports policy and process updates resulting from regulatory changes, litigation learnings, and audit findings while improving governance, risk, and compliance workflows.
