The Principal Product Manager leads product development for the Zelle Platform, driving customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration while focusing on risk management and technical strategy.

Support execution and maintenance of the enterprise risk management program. Lead ERM projects, maintain enterprise risk scorecards, develop annual risk assessment and appetite, design and report KRIs, coordinate RCSAs and GRC updates, produce risk reports and presentations, and record/manage risk data in the GRC system for committee reporting.

Lead product strategy and execution for multiple products, champion customer advocacy, define requirements and roadmaps, work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and risk to deliver developer-focused documentation and platform improvements, and oversee compliance, vendor management, and developer experience metrics.
