Own workforce strategy and capacity planning across Operations, translating forecasts into staffing and headcount plans. Lead implementation of a workforce management platform, build automated forecasting and scheduling processes, develop capacity and scenario models, and advise leadership on staffing, budgets, shrinkage, overtime, service levels, and intraday adjustments. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Data, Finance, and external vendors.

Lead marketing operations by owning the enterprise ESP and ad operations, building tracking and data integrations, designing scalable campaign infrastructure, enforcing deliverability and compliance, implementing monitoring and validation, and enabling advanced personalization across lifecycle channels.

Lead lifecycle strategy and execute data-driven campaigns across the customer journey to drive loan volume, retention, LTV, and cross-sell. Design and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, build audience segmentation with behavioral data, scale cross-product growth, and partner with Data Science, Product, Creative, and Legal to establish measurement and ship programs quickly.
