Architect and lead EarnIn’s Identity & Trust platform across authentication, authorization, identity verification, privacy, secure document processing, fraud prevention, and identity resolution. Define multi-year strategy, design resilient distributed systems, establish security and reliability standards, lead cross-team initiatives, advance guarded AI-assisted engineering workflows, mentor senior engineers, and partner with product, security, risk, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

Partner with CMO and product leaders to build AI-driven analytics agents, automate experimentation readouts, and productionize measurement systems. Lead causal inference, uplift modeling, and product/growth analytics to inform acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and LTV. Mentor the analytics team and translate data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for product and marketing.

Lead CoreUX product strategy and execution for EarnIn's app experience, owning home screen, navigation, design system, and platform performance. Drive ML-orchestrated personalization, user research, metrics, experiments, and AI-native tooling while leading cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to improve activation, adoption, trust, and platform quality.
