Evaluates and implements IT strategies and solutions across Eataly USA locations and the corporate office. Manages IT projects, develops procedures and service agreements, supports infrastructure and new store technology launches, maintains POS system performance, resolves service requests, and analyzes and enhances IT systems. Provides guidance to management and works autonomously with occasional domestic travel.

Eataly is hosting an open-call hiring event for full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions in its Silicon Valley marketplace. Opportunities include managers, cooks, hosts, baristas, sales associates, artisans, pastry cooks, and instructors. Applicants should be prepared for onsite work, including evenings and weekends, prolonged standing and mobility, and lifting up to 50 pounds for some positions. Interviews will be conducted on September 18, 2026, in San Jose.

The Front End Lead supervises front-end staff and ensures efficient in-store and ecommerce order fulfillment. Responsibilities include managing cash transactions, online order picking and checkout, inventory and supply monitoring, resolving guest and employee issues, maintaining cash controls, updating digital inventory platforms, and training and mentoring cashiers. The role requires onsite work, flexible evening and weekend availability, and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds.
