Provides consultative technical pre-sales support for Eaton’s digital power management, controls, and OT cybersecurity solutions. Engages engineering stakeholders, influences specifications, develops early-stage opportunities, delivers technical presentations, advises customers on system architecture and integration, collaborates with sales and solution teams, tracks competitive intelligence, and communicates customer feedback. Requires regional travel and relationship-building with consulting engineers, technical buyers, and end users.

Provides senior technical leadership for global data center engineering, including technology roadmaps, customer requirements, product and system validation, engineering execution, compliance, intellectual property, and workforce development. Partners with executive leadership, product management, and engineering teams to deliver integrated data center solutions spanning electrical hardware, software monitoring, services, cooling, power conversion, distribution, and redundancy. Leads geographically dispersed teams and drives innovation, governance, and regulatory adherence.

Owns strategic relationships and global sales strategy for assigned data center accounts. Develops and executes account plans, manages opportunity pipelines, coordinates sales and service resources, leads contract negotiations, reports performance, and provides customer feedback to internal business leaders. Requires extensive electrical-industry sales, marketing, or engineering experience, strong power distribution and data center knowledge, remote team management skills, and travel up to 50%.
