Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, RAG and document-intelligence systems, API integrations, orchestration, monitoring, reusable AI assets, and mentoring a small engineering team to deliver frequent releases and measurable business impact.

Manage delivery of biometrics and clinical trial projects: create timelines, run meetings, align stakeholders, track scope and finances, manage risks/escalations, support audits and client requests, and ensure compliance with industry standards and SOPs.

Lead strategic data management for assigned client portfolios: set data standards, optimize clinical data flows, oversee delivery of data management services, drive process improvements, mentor staff, and liaise with clients to ensure quality, on-time, on-budget results.
