Manage multiple software implementation projects, maintain documentation, mitigate risks, align resources, manage budgets and client expectations, drive platform adoption, and deliver on-time, on-budget, in-scope technical services and integrations for life sciences clients.

The Senior Corporate Counsel will manage legal operations, focus on contracts, support international clients, and train various teams on legal matters.

Partner with customers to transition from implementation to self-sufficient operations by driving adoption, governance, SOPs, and enablement for elluminate across clinical data management, analytics, and regulatory use cases. Advise on processes, deliver training, define KPIs, mitigate adoption risks, and support renewals and expansion through demonstrated value realization.
