The Business Development Sales Manager will prospect and qualify leads in the bioprocessing space, driving sales growth through collaboration with account teams and marketing.

The Account Manager is responsible for driving sales and building relationships in the bioprocessing sector, focusing on biotech and pharma organizations. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing customer support, identifying key accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Perform in-house Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of industrial water systems, troubleshoot issues, document pressure and leak tests, support shop setup, provide engineering and manufacturing feedback, and organize system tagging and photos.

Perform general accounting tasks including capital order entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, credit card processing, Concur expense review and journal entries, maintain WIP and job records, support monthly close and vendor/customer verifications, assist purchasing, and provide basic front-desk reception support.
