Responsible for growing revenue and profit in assigned accounts through consultative technical sales. The role serves institutional industry customers in the San Jose and greater San Francisco Bay Area, with company-provided technical training and occasional travel to headquarters.

Drive revenue and profit growth for water technology programs and services across assigned institutional accounts. Build customer relationships, execute sales plans, convert competitive accounts, and sell new technologies. Provide technical support, analyze customer systems and data, resolve operational challenges, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives. The role covers a 200-mile territory around San Francisco, includes less than 10% overnight travel, and requires customer-facing technical sales expertise.

Grows sales across an assigned San Francisco territory through consultative selling, customer relationship management, prospecting, and solution expansion. Identifies and closes new business opportunities, builds sales pipelines using CRM tools, recommends cleaning and sanitation programs, supports operational improvements, and provides customer training.
