Senior Corporate Counsel will lead commercial contracting, negotiate SaaS and technology agreements, advise on privacy, student data, responsible AI, and employment matters, and manage legal risk across the company. The role develops contracting playbooks, supports strategic transactions, manages outside counsel, and advises executives and business teams. It requires significant autonomy, strong commercial judgment, and expertise in technology transactions and U.S. privacy law.

Conduct applied AI and psychometric research evaluating the reliability, validity, and fairness of educational products. Analyze large-scale data, apply methods such as IRT and generalizability theory, collaborate with internal and external researchers, and communicate findings through technical documents, presentations, publications, and advisory committee materials.

Leads applied AI research focused on evaluating the reliability, validity, and fairness of AI-enabled educational features. Manages researchers, designs validation studies, oversees research partnerships, communicates findings to product and policy stakeholders, establishes quality standards, and represents the company in academic, industry, and standards forums. Requires expertise in psychometrics, educational measurement, AI evaluation, research ethics, and responsible AI policy.
