Design the foundational experiences for AI agents used in complex insurance workflows. Translate enterprise systems into clear, trustworthy products; define interaction patterns for agent plans, evidence, uncertainty, approvals, and recovery; prototype and ship with engineering; and establish reusable design-system components. The role requires customer collaboration, strong interaction and visual design, systems thinking, and hands-on experience with AI tools or agents.
