Leads end-to-end accounts receivable and order-to-cash operations, including sales order processing, invoicing, collections, payment application, cash forecasting, and DSO analysis. Oversees billing and payment systems, process optimization, automation, cross-functional coordination, customer issue resolution, and staff development. Partners with Finance, Sales, Legal, Customer Success, and executive leadership to improve scalability, forecast accuracy, and cash management.

Manage month-end close: prepare complex journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis and financial statements. Support audits, research technical accounting, implement policies and process improvements, collaborate cross-functionally, and support ad-hoc projects. On-site at least three days per week.

Lead technical accounting, reporting, payroll, equity, and revenue teams. Own US GAAP financial statement preparation, technical accounting research, and audit management. Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Deal Desk on revenue recognition, forecasting, contracts, and special projects including ERP implementations, process automation, and M&A integration.
