Manages day-to-day laboratory operations supporting scientific and engineering teams. Responsibilities include inventory and vendor management, equipment installation and maintenance, calibration, asset documentation, lab support activities, cell culture environment upkeep, laboratory gases, cold storage, waste disposal, safety compliance, SOP maintenance, space planning, and operational troubleshooting. The role also coordinates with Facilities, EH&S, IT, Procurement, vendors, and research teams to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost control.

Design, implement, and maintain informatics systems (LIMS/ELN, inventory, data lake) and AI/ML-enabled workflows to support R&D. Build ETL pipelines, integrate systems, gather requirements from scientists, document architectures, train users, and contribute to enterprise data platform and automation to accelerate research decision-making.

Perform high-throughput and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) purification of small molecules, run mass-directed purification on Waters and Agilent systems, maintain and troubleshoot preparative/analytical instruments, manage large sample sets and data, compile and present results, and collaborate with medicinal chemistry to optimize purification workflows and inventory management.
