Lead long-term ownership of an enterprise business capability platform: define vision and roadmap, own end-to-end processes and supporting technologies, prioritize product backlog, drive agile delivery, manage governance/funding, oversee vendor relationships, measure KPIs, ensure risk and compliance, and lead cross-functional teams to realize business value and continuous improvement.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.

Lead and execute financial services audit engagements: plan audits, test controls, document workpapers, research technical issues, supervise and mentor staff, communicate with clients, and propose solutions to identified issues.
