The analyst will maintain Systems, manage requests from end users, perform data analysis, support systems, and mentor junior staff. Provides Tier 3 support and travels between campuses as needed.

Provide financial analysis, budgeting, variance reporting, and productivity monitoring for the hospital. Leverage AI-powered tools, machine learning, and decision support systems to automate reporting, build models, and deliver actionable insights. Serve as liaison between Finance and department managers, manage special projects, and support capital and operating budget processes.

Manages hospital compensation and total rewards programs, including job evaluations, salary administration, market analysis, internal equity, variable pay, career ladders, and incentive plans. Advises HR partners and leaders, ensures regulatory and union compliance, leads compensation research and reporting, improves HRIS and salary processes, and supports labor negotiations and employee communications.

Leads an integrated enterprise talent and people strategy across talent acquisition, workforce planning, development, mobility, succession, belonging, wellness, and retention. Partners with the CHRO and executives to align workforce capabilities with healthcare growth and clinical priorities. Oversees talent framework design, workforce analytics, employee experience initiatives, HR technology, and success metrics while leading multidisciplinary teams and large-scale change.

Analyze and manage compensation programs, conduct market analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with HR to enhance total rewards programs.
